A new year begins: FGCU’s fall welcome in photos and video

Cars packed to the brim. Residence hall elevators running nonstop. Students meeting roommates and new friends. The start of the fall semester at Florida Gulf Coast University brought close to 4,000 residents to campus for move-in. Days later, new and returning Eagles packed the inaugural “Welcome to the Nest” celebration at Alico Arena.
