Andrew Townsend

Andrew Townsend (’08 Liberal Studies, ’12 MBA) and wife Amber Redfern have joined the ranks of Eagle entrepreneurs, opening Cattyshack Cafe at Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers. The restaurant serves light food, coffee drinks, beer and wine, and provides a separate room where patrons can mingle with cats up for adoption through Gulf Coast Humane Society.
