David Allen, (Management), has been hired by Gasparilla Island State Park as a park ranger. He is responsible for the physical upkeep and maintenance of the park, as well as submitting the park fees to administration. He will be splitting his days between Gasparilla Island State Park and Stump Pass State Park until a replacement can be found for his position at Stump Pass.

This program celebrates women who leave a lasting legacy in the community. She is an experienced educator and is the vice president of the Leadership Collier Foundation. She lives in Naples.
