They say a picture is worth a thousand words. If that’s true, this is the wordiest story ever published on FGCU360.
To celebrate Florida Gulf Coast University’s fall graduates, FGCU360 is sharing some of our favorite moments from commencement to capture the energy, excitement and pride of the day in a way words alone can’t. From decorated caps to the family and friends that make this day truly special for so many, these snapshots by longtime FGCU photographer James Greco celebrate the spirit of our Eagle graduates and the community that supports them.
The fall 2025 class is impressive by the numbers: 2,011 students were eligible to graduate, including 1,492 earning bachelor’s degrees, 523 master’s degrees and three doctoral degrees. Of those, 1,297 registered to walk across the stage, representing all six schools and colleges at FGCU:
• College of Arts & Sciences: 467
• Lutgert College of Business: 370
• College of Education: 131
• Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship: 123
• Marieb College of Health & Human Services: 123
• The Water School: 48
