Attendees in this workshop will receive valuable information, reports, spreadsheets, and other training tools to test the viability of their business idea. Workshop is hosted by the Lee County Economic Development Office and takes place Wednesday, Jan. 11, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Lee County Economic Development Office, 1st Floor, 2201 Second St. Cost is $35.
Facebook…Where the People Are! Participants will learn how to harness Facebook opportunities to help grow their business using Facebook business pages to build their brand. Workshop will be hosted at the Sugden Welcome Center on the FGCU campus Tuesday, Jan. 17, 9 a.m. – 11a.m. Cost is $15.
Cybersecurity 360. This special forum is hosted by Brown and Brown Insurance. The panel discussion approaches cybersecurity from a legal, fiscal, human resource, organizational planning, branding and technical dimensions. The forum takes place at the Sugden Welcome Center on the FGCU campus Tuesday, Jan. 17, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. A light breakfast will be provided. Cost is $10.

It is designated by the state as Florida’s principal provider of business assistance.
