The Art Galleries of the Bower School of Music & the Arts present “Changed Surfaces: Work from Students,” opening Thursday, Jan. 12 and running through Feb. 9 in the ArtLab Gallery in the FGCU library. The opening reception is 5 to 7 p.m.

The exhibit showcases the work of upper-level students in the Fall 2016 Painting Workshop taught by Morgan T. Paine. A variety of abstract and representational attitudes and styles are included.

“Changed Surfaces” was made possible with the generous support of U. Tobe and the Beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel.
